IRS admits to targeting Conservative groups

What could be simpler than answering that question? There has to be a request and there has to be a denial, this is the government! There is a form/record somewhere!

Yup. There's one guy, sitting in a cubicle, who gets the form and stamps either "Grant" or "Deny." Those are the only two stamps he has. He does not have a computer or a phone. And only he decides.

It works just like that.

There is a record in a file! Just like that, it will have a final signature.

I don't know.

Neither do you.

But that does not stop you from complaining about that which you, admittedly, do not know.

I do know that every govt employee is always in full CYA mode at all times, that is why there is a form for everything.

Somewhere in the records there is a request, could be in an email, and somewhere there is a denial.

Yeah, in my experience as a private employer I know that every time something goes wrong all the people that work for me come running into my office to take responsibility.

Wow? Just because you except low standards in your business we as taxpayers should not!

When something goes wrong you find out why and fix the route cause so it doesn't happen again.
