It puts me to sleep, but I wake up after about 2-3 hrs. Ambien AC worked pretty good but I felt groggy the next morning. Just have to find what works for ya. Takes a while. Took me about 2 years until I found something that worked well for me.

I'm glad I don't have trouble sleeping. Have had occasional sleepless nights in the past and its awful
