Based on what? For one its 2 different positions, so 'who's better' is relative. 2ndly, all we have to go by is head to head match up. And nothing in last years matchup would suggest Clowney is 'better' than Tiny.

Tiny played well - played well enough to justify our high opinion of him but clowney is better and showed why he will be drafted #1 overall - when the game was on the line that play he made to cause the fumble was just beautiful

Clowney will likely make a big play against him again this year - hopefully our team will be able to overcome it

Lol. Love all of these crystal ball predictions being passed off as definitive statements. Let's just hope if Clowney gets shut down by Tiny some of you will come back and revisit this thread.

Oh you semantical beast you, you know what you meant. No need to back peddle before the first down is played. You have a soft spot for Clowney and the Gamecocks and that's fine. If I lived in the middle of them, I may buy into the hype as well. Don't get me wrong, Clowney is everything a team would want in a pass rusher. Just a little too small and a little less violent to tangle with Tiny for 60 minutes.
