Got some russet potatoes. What are some easy things to do with them besides just frying them up.

Slice them and make Au Gratin

Dice olive oil and sprinkle rosemary and roast with some red peppers and garlic

Yep, with garlic, cheese, bacon, sour cream, chives....

In crock pot with ham.

F'ing A.

I would like to have some of behrs cooking knowledge.

You seem to do just fine Bubba.

potato skins sound good, but never tried to make them.

I think they are the best to boil, cut in half, scoop out the inside (use for mashed, potato cakes etc) freeze the skins, fry them while still frozen then add the "topping/filling", stick them in the oven to melt everything.

Scalloped potatoes. Old school like granny used to make them with butter, milk, cheese, salt and lots of pepper.

I'm making that this week sometime. Srs. Does the Bullseye use sugar or some substitute in it? Nvm, I'll look. For some reason, I'm thinking it's one of the very few that actually us sugar.

Bullseye uses HFCS, but I bought some anyway. They actually make a North Carolina sauce. Have you or anyone tried it. They, also, make a Memphis sauce.

Get over it, I did. :)

I've tried Spicy, Regular and the Hickory. Never seen the Memphis or NC.

If they are out of Spicy, I get the regular, reduce it the same way as the spicy but add a Jalapeno or Chipotle.

Can't get over the HFCS. I'll use it very sparingly now. Didn't use anything with it for about 5 years.
