It was purchased yesterday. Looks like **** because I haven't heated up yet and the fat looks white. Jeez y'all are some fawking critics. It tasted great. Free too. I got two for one for lunch.

Where's the horseradish (A+ for that). Otherwise it looks kind of greasy. I'm not a fan of shiny food.

It was lightly heated in the Aujus so it wouldn't dry out in the oven. It's one from Vollys fave place. The presentation shatty pic doesn't do it justice. (Fork marks)Parmesan spinach and raw horsey not pictured! Gone
 
I went with a bacon cheeseburger and fries from Dixie Cafe. It wasnt very good. I did, however, get me some blackberry cobbler. Gonna see how it is later.

Seriously, I thought it looked good. If it ain't got any fat on it, I don't want it. It looked aged and what is called a "lip on" rib.

I ask about the au jus because it looked watered down and bland, just wanted to know if I was right.

Not trying to give any shatty advice, just a shatty opinion
