I just played against some sophomores in hs last week with my 40 yr old friends and we sent them home dejected.
Forearms, handcheck on the hip, shirt grab, step on foot. By the time I have guarded them for a minute, they stay outside the 3 point line.
You guys are still trying to run with young fellas. We don't.

I learned it when I was 16 and thought I was all that until I played pickup games with some dirty, stronger, older guys that weren't going to be embarrassed by a **** talker who was quiet by the end of the first game.
