I mean I know I'm gonna get in trouble for this but I think it deserves kids right who went against us like Carl Lawson and instate kids that went to Vandy cause Dooley sucked but I will say this too! If the barn gets hammered by NCAA Martinez and Thig will have access to a lot of those players if they are allowed to transfer!

Ravian Pierce*plans to make his decision after taking his official visits this fall, but he has a few early favorites.*Alabama,*Florida,*Georgia,*Miami, and*Louisville*stand out to the junior tight end, and he'd love to hear from*Oregon. Pierce hopes to see those programs along with*Tennessee*and*West Virginia*this summer.

No he's not. He was named in the story. He helped cover up the arrests to the arrested player's parents.

No, when the parents called him he told them the head coach would be contacting them. This from the original story. I am worried tho, as the investigation unfolds, whether thig knew or was implicit in any misdeeds. As it stands now, I think he did what should have been done. One of your players gets arrested for a serious armed robbery, parents call to find out what the hell is going on, he states he's not sure and defers to the head coach. Smart actually, the above my pay grade argument. Some sh may hit the fan over this, hope none of it sticks to us. Certainly not as worried about thigs mention in the article as much as I would be about muschamp if I was a fla fan. U have player statements of cash handouts there. Not good. Hopefully hart and butch did their due diligence when hiring thig and he kept his nose clean.

Hyams will hound thig to death with questions at the next pc, he and Adams love this kind of stuff. I'd imagine muschump will have an interesting week as well. I wonder if espn even pushes that hard on it considering their ties to chizik, and their contract with the sec. I bet slive is having a pow wow on how to spin this as we speak

That's a charge that'll stick! He made a couple of phone calls to confirm things, none of which were returned, so he just reported whatever the hell he wanted.

That's what I took from it too, so the first time something goes down here, I expect some unconfirmed bs, or maybe he learned his lesson

If true, this is so, so sad for McNeil and his family.

It's not like AU is the only school where this kind of stuff goes on either.

I have to say, we're doing something terribly wrong as a society when we'd prefer to bury a young man rather than be honest and deal with consequences.

It's a ******* travesty

I'm confused. The article states that all of this stuff happened under Chizik, but then they reference a story about Muschamp from 2007. That would have been under Tubberville. Am I missing something?

Time to call out the VN Legal team and prepare our defense. Come on guys get on this, protect Coach Thig. What about Coach Martinez? Was he mentioned anywhere?

A few 2015 visitors in town today

Zack Stewart is again on campus today. He was here on Tuesday. Also in town is 2015 athlete Shaun Crawford. Crawford is already thought of as one the best in Ohio for next year.
