Haha, sounds like me. "looks good, what else do I have that might be good in it, shat too much, cool not enough...."

Obvious was potato and mayo. I guessed, Japs and/or habanero, onion, cilantro, black beans, cukes, tomato, jack/cheddar and avocado. The pico made me close. :)

Yeah, that's the reason I didn't mention the others. Sometimes, I'll put japs in the pico and sometimes not. I've never put cheese in the salad. Is it good in there? Never thought of it.
 
A little is good imo. My basic potato salad is really good with a little shredded swiss, my basic chicken salad gets a little shredded smoked gouda. I haven't made a potato salad like the one you described, but I would think some shredded jack/cheddar would compliment it nicely.

That sounds gouda/good. Never added cheese to that either. I will next time.
 
I think you made a good choice using curry, I just don't care for Goat anything, meat, cheese, milk, pets, escapes, sex etc.

I think cold would be better with the Mexitater. Never thought of eating it warm. I'll try a bite next time before I chill it.
 
I thought she meat heated. Either way, I want mine to the point of almost too cold.
 
I'm familiar, but I was talking about the Mexican potato salad.

I know, me too. I was thinking the Mexican might could have a similar base to salsa, which could make it good served warm, rather than cold. But it the Mexican has mayo, then you probably wouldn't want it warm.
 
He said it had mustard, I assume instead of mayo, but I'll stick with cold. Anyway, try it warm and let me know how you liked it.
 
I mix mustard into the mayo. It ain't tater salad if'n it ain't got mayo.

BS. You didn't say that in the post, Volly using her Mod powers to edit it and you playing along with it. That ain't fair.



Haha. I didn't see the 3/4 cup of mayo the first time. I suck.
 
I got rice cooking in the microwave, a 3-day beard I don't plan to shave and it's goofy thing but I just gotta say...I guess I'm doing alright.
 
I look in the mirror and what do I see, a lone wolf staring back at me, long in the tooth but harmless as can be....
