Y'all know my great-great-uncle was one of the two founders of Krystal right (my one and only claim to fame)? He sold his half to Lupton though. Too bad. Free Krystals for life would've been pretty sweet.
 
I always thought you had to fry 'fat-back' and the put your greens in the skillet. So there are more ways to fix them?

That's how I do any other greens (turnip, collard, or mustard greens.) Not healthy, but so so good!

For spinach and kale, I just use olive oil.
 
I took some boneless country style ribs and pan seared them Saturday. Then I combined them with 2 cans of seasoned diced tomatoes and let them simmer in a pot for 3 or 4 hrs. They basically fell apart in the pot. Been eating on them the last 3 days. Simple and good.

Tennessee Stir Fry....Chicken, White Rice, Soy Sauce, Terry Yukky Sauce, Frozen Peas, Frozen Corn, Some Sorta Sprouts, Somore Shtuff......Delicious!!!!!!!
