I agree with you, generally, but eight LBs at the combine ran sub 4.7s.
in 2011 and 2012 there were 11 in each year that ran sub 4.7 at the combine
2010 9 ran under 4.7
so that would be 39 LB's over the last 4 years that ran better 40 times at the NFL combine than our corners did at their pro day when times are typically friendlier
so basically every NFL team has a LB faster than our corners
a NFL corner should be sub 4.5 - a 4.7 is a different world from that
U cant have it both ways. When Art Evans started at Cb everyone b*tched and moaned for change even tho he had speed to burn.
Now we're crying bc the cbs who replaced him were slow.
When the speed was there, VN cried. When the speed was removed and more technique guys were inserted, VN cries some more
