Todd Kelly Jr and Vic Wharton are EXACTLY what this University needed at this time. These two big time recruits see it as their responsibility to make this football team relevant again and their enthusiasm and passion for the state of Tennessee is going to lead this class and eventually this team to greatness. It started last year with Carr, Jenkins, JRM, Sanders and others, now its time to take the next step.

Agree with you, hope I'm wrong as hell. Seems like he would take his visits given his national status but who knows? Maybe he gets caught up in the momentum. 74 says he's itching so......

And those are just the high profile Legacies we know. Butch will sign 23-24 more top notch kids that will help turn the program that we don't know as well. Love how its looking so early.....

It is interesting how hard TK2 has been recruiting him that he decided to take another visit this weekend. Could be implications of a commit but I'm not holding my breath...

He wasn't much of a Vol fan under the Dooley administration, but that has changed drastically with the addition of CBJ and company. He was just there in February and is now going right back in March. Pretty good sign to me.

And I tend to have some inside info, so I don't care what is written elsewhere.

Just like Vol74 said. He is killing it right now. He's been money so far, and a poster with great midstate connections on VQ are saying big news could come next week also. This about to get interesting.

It may be a stretch but Hurd could be who Basillo was talking about as far as the in-state silent. But like a said....could be a sssttttrrrreeeetttccchhhh

CBJ putting more focus on mid tn recruiting is already showing ROI.
More former players and alumni here are on board with this staff than in the last 7-8 years. More coaches as well, and that means more players.

Excitement and positivity is back here for the first time in a long time

CBJ assigned 2 recruiters to mid-state. Who has replaced JG?

When they came through Nashville, they said Elder and Thig were handling the midstate area.

However, they are getting a lot of help from former players right now. This is a small big town and people happen to run into people all the time.
