The Runner's thread

I could probably keep up for the first 1/2 mile in real life. As for the challenge, I plan on narrowing the gap a bit this week.

Ran 2.9 @ 8:49 pace. Was going to run 4 and I decided I need a cutback week about a mile in.

suffering through at least one more day of a sinus infection. Not the best way to start the 100 mile March...

4 miles indoors on the treadmill. Dislike running inside so much, but 100 mile March was calling:

March total: 16.3 miles

Just a little FYI...

If you are doing the 100 mile March then you need to average 3.23 miles a day throughout the month.

In order to be on track, you need to have ran at least 19.35 miles up to this point.

Well, I am about to head out for a run.

Feel like Pauls is trying to tell me I'm behind. :)
