The announcers were saying congratulatory things, but then kind of scoffed at the notion that he could be a hall of famer. Advanced stats say he is a hall of famer. Does anybody else agree?

I think people underrate him because he has absolutely no flash to his game.

That and he's never really played with a serious contender, to my knowledge. HOF? Borderline, I'd say there's a case to be made, but the basketball HOF is probably the most subjective one out there.

He's a good player, has been for awhile. He's not a HOF player though.

Andre Miller is not a HOF. He has been remarkably consistently "good" his whole career. But remarkably consistently "good" doesn't equate to enshrinement.

He's not the best in the game, he plays weak competition, Kobe could do it, he only has 1 ring and had to join a super team to get it.
