It happened for a reason. He stayed until after signing day and held it together. Their is more to it than what's being said. He got a raise when jones was hired. We will be fine. I liked the guy, too he WAS a VFL. But it's the nature of the beast with coaches coming and going. Everyone liked him because he played here and he done so well "producing" Marcus lattimore. But I think we may have our orange blinders on. Lattimore could have had Stevie wonder as a coach and been good. Graham may have just gotten the credit. IMO

My point is apparently going way over your head, which is that you could say the exact same thing about hiring a Pee Wee staff from Gallatin. He could bring in Buzz Peterson to be the RB coach and you'd still be telling people to wait and see.

Some of you give Graham too much credit. The O-line got a different coach and gained a year of development. His recruiting didn't impress any rb recruits evidently since we struck out with the targets. Trust Jones and wait until next February to judge this staff. Get behind them as a fan for now!

We're not. My point is that he went from co-OC, to WR coach, to unemployed. The career arcs of "good" coaches are generally the exact opposite.
