I got fat from my first surgery a long time ago. Still have quite a bit to lose but I'm around 240. Of course I'm told I'm deceptively fast

Before or after 2nd surgery?
There was a time I could dunk a basketball. Now, post knee surgery combined with being old, I bet I couldn't grab the net.

this was my 3rd acl. I tore my first one in 94 and spent a lot of time eating fast food and drinking beer. Add that with little to no movement and things go south fast

I was a decent athlete before that happened
