For the FF getting a class like this is better. If they didn't have Vol football to beech about they may have to actually put the computer down and make sweet love to their wives.

Not to mention every top 15 class we've signed recently is decimated within two years. These homegrown fawkers are going to be around fighting for 3-4 years.

how many wall punchers and angry alcoholics do you think that area contains? Can you imagine the family life around people that angry all the time?

I think many people are holding judgement, but support and hope for the best.
I guess some also hold judgement, but spew negativity during the entire process. I just think its easier to handle things with the former, especially when the end result of him making it or not will be the same no matter which road you take. I used to take the angry road. Then I stopped being a dumbass.

That's the only thing that made me laugh at the intro speech from Jones. He has won in smaller conferences but the winning 3 conference champs or whatever in the Big East doesn't correlate to winning in the SEC. For example you can have the 11th best 'critin class and still be top 25. Hang on I will find the vid.

I don't see that much optimism/confidence. He got a few players we didn't know we would get, and lost some we hoped to get. He's been on the job a short time, and the feedback from the recruiting trail for this year and next has been positive. Maybe that breeds optimism.

Hell, it can't get worse than the last 2 years.

I agree I'm not very optimistic/confident. Then again I really don't see much to be optomistic about. I can say he looks better on paper than DD did, but that's not saying much.
