If only they could have put a better incentive package together to get kids like Foster, Nkem, and Lawson. BTW, fans are fooling themselves if they think Lawson would flip for free. They will have to outbid AU to get him.

Lawson doesn't seem that way.. Bellamy maybe, Lawson no. Lawson sounds like the last guy that would be in it for $. His parents seem stand up too.

I enjoy your posts on this board. You bring good information.

Your comment about Lawson is not worthy of the good information that you bring. What facts do you have that the only way that Carl Lawson would choose another school besides Auburn is a financial thing? How about the Auburn head coach was fired? His recruiting contact at Auburn was fired? Do you not think that is what has UT and Clemson in the discussion?

Again, what evidence do you have?

Keep telling yourself that. Let me hit you with a dose of truth. The 'hate' as you call it, probably has more to do with every Tom, Dick, and Harry that comes out of the woodwork wearing Bama gear and claiming some personal victory because they are currently cheering for the popular team. Winning may be indirectly responsible for the Bama 'hate' as you call it, but it is more about seeing an increasing ground swell of people that were apparently nonexistent for 12-13 years before 2008.

You can thank that group of fans along with the smug attitude of longtime Bama fans acting is if they personally have accomplished something more than just cheering for a mere team. I don't know you personally but I have got the rub several times that you were one of the latter fans which is why I respond the way I do. If I have went over the line, I apologize, but understand it has something of a little more substance as to why Bama fans get the reaction that they do.

Winning at what costs? Not really coming down on Bama. It would be different if Bama was the only one. But, I am afraid they are not. PED's in sports is really becoming sickening to me period. What we are doing to our young people and the worship of sports is getting worse and I think it is not a good thing. Don't think it will change. Doesn't make it right. This is not just a football and Bama thing and I am sick of it.

I wish we could go back to the old days................when they were all drunk. Last line while singing to the tune of "We're talking baseball"
