OK, in that case, I feel like bat****. Hope everyone else has had a great day. My wife made me steak and green beans. I didnt have to lift a finger.

I figure I got 2 or 3 more days of this left. I hope I am better by Monday so I can get back to work. Bills dont stop coming just because you are sick. I have been lucky, this is the first time I have had the flu in 5 years. Only the second time in my life.

It's bad this year. I don't get sick (knocking on wood) and I don't know how much longer my luck is gonna hold out.

Mornin' y'all!

Just made my post-workout smoothie. Didn't add the frozen blueberries this time. First sip reminds me why those are important. Blech.
