It has to be encouraging, considering how thoughtful and deliberate Lawson is reputed to be , that he took the picture in the UT uniform with the other commits.

From following his recruitment that doesn't strike me as something he'd do for the sake of doing.

LMAO...Every recruit taking an official visit takes pics in the jersey regardless of whether they have any intention of signing with that school. No kid is going to take an official visit and then say "nah I'm not putting that jersey on".

You are mistaken. Happens all the time. People leave visits and drop the school for nitpick-y stuff like that.

"Coming out of this weekend, the returns from his official visit to Knoxville were good from everyone I've talked to. One contact there I spoke with said, "I'm not sure how it could've gone any better. That's one of the best recruiting visits I've ever seen."

Volunteers commit Ryan Jenkins continues to work Lawson extremely hard to pull him their way. The Vols will have their own in-home visit this week. Auburn and North Carolina will also be in the home.

North Carolina will receive an official visit this weekend but the Tarheels aren't believed to be a factor in this situation ultimately."

I believe this as well. If Lawson were to committ then I think a few players would follow suit as well. Would be huge. Lawson, Bellamy, Levenberry, Bell, Green, North, and Barber are my wishlist right now...
