Not sure I buy it either. Saban is suppose to do his in home visit tonight with Vonn and his family. He was also visiting another HS this afternoon in Huntsville AL. Unless it happened on the phone, which it could, but doubt it if he is coming to their house tonight. Just saying.

Just can't believe that Vonn will cancel his UT visit. Growing up a Vol fan....I think he keeps the visit. Just got to get him back on campus to remind him why he grew up loving the Orange!

Saban was at Vonn's hs today visiting with the coaches and vonn. I still dont buy it though.

Exactly...that's what I was talking about. I know he has not canceled his UT visit....just don't like Saban getting to him before us....no matter how much Von loves the Vols. If we can just hang in there until his Tennessee visit. Come on Vonn.

ESPN 150 DB Vonn Bell just let me know #Tide head coach Nick Saban is visiting with him right now.

He was at Madison Academy in Huntsville earlier today to check in on a 2015 and 2016 recruit. He spoke with their coach.

We as fans can hate it all we want but it's going to be easy for Saban to cherry pick the recruits he wants because they are winning NCs. It also years hurts UT because we have been horrible for the past 5 years. Winning games will show these kids that things are turning around at UT. We have had some talent come in but our coaching has not put them in situations where the could win games. Hopefully can turn things around and recruits take notice.

Checked with Ridgeland head coach Mark Mariakis concerning the local report that five-star DB Vonn Bell gave a soft verbal to Nick Saban today. Coach Mariakis says Saban is currently at Bell's home and there has been no talk of a commitment yet. We've reported that the plan all along has been to make an announcement at Ridgeland High School on or around National Signing Day and that is still the case.
