Cowboys. My dad and brother were Cowboys fans when I started watching football with them when I was little so I followed them too.

Favorite baseball team is the Cardinals for the same reason. My dad grew up a Cards fan listenting to them on the radio in the 40s/50s.

Patriots, from Atlanta, I've always liked them since Randy Moss became a big deal playing there.

Never really have had a favorite team. I like a few various teams: Texans, Broncos, and Packers

Do not like: Cowboys, Eagles, Chargers (Rivers mainly), Patriots

Titans are my favorite team mainly because they are the "local" team. Before them I was a Packers fan and before that the Eagles during the White years

Niners. I grew up in San Jose, I didn't know about college football until my mom moved to Dandridge.

Raiders, since 1967. They were good for 25 years or so and it seemed they were on channel 6 - when it was NBC - every Sunday.

Raider Nation for 30+ years. The menace. The characters. The devil-may-care swagger. And Mr. Davis signed a ton of Vols over the years.

Although Commitment to Excellence has been more Commitment to Insolence in past two decades. Tough to endure.

Not to mention that Al Davis won 3 superbowls. How many other owners have accomplished that? They were a fun bunch to watch in the 60s, 70s and the 80s.

Panthers.

I grew up in NC and didn't have a team until they came to town. I was 15 during their first season. It was easy to jump on that bandwagon.

Then that's five people, (if Cooke was the owner during all the Skin's wins). Out of billions. Kraft and Jones won with about the same personnel. Al Davis helped DeBartolo get started.

The Rooney's have looked good since the 70s.

And I don't know much about the Mara family and the Giants.

But the Maras and the Rooneys are families, not one person.

JKC was. I should know. All coached by Joe Gibbs. With 3 different QBs

And there haven't been billions of NFL owners.

Then Cooke deserves to be recognized as a good owner.

And there have been billions of people, but only a few have owned NFL teams. And only a few have won more than 2 superbowls.

Comparing NFL owners to the rest of the populace is laughable. You have to compare them within their field.

Chiefs fan since the 60's. My first game at Arrowhead they got hammered by the Steelers. 75' or 76' season.

Original Raider hater since then too.

Really now? Tell me more, if you are able to do so.

Comparing NFL owners to the rest of the populace is laughable. You have to compare them within their field.

For a NFL owner to win a superbowl, they have to first become a NFL owner. There's nothing laughable about that. NFL owners are a select group.

Of the many NFL teams, many have had more than one owner, but I think we both agree there hasn't been that many NFL owners. They are a rare breed. So within their field, as you say, out of all NFL owners, we still just have a small percentage that have won multiple superbowls.

It's not as rare as you think within their field. I just named the ones who won 3 or more. If you bring it down to just multiple(2) the list gets a bit bigger.
