I know this is a sensitive subject but I would like your views on the subject. Do you believe Rudolph was hired just because he's a minority reindeer (the red nose)? And, is he given preferential treatment due to his condition?

Thanks guys. Any input would be helpful.

His condition improves everyones safety in the workplace. He deserves preferential treatment, IMO.

Why are only elves employed in the toy factories. This is discriminatory torwards average height people.

I wanna see some Elvish Birth Certificates to ensure that these are actually elves and the Fat Man isn't breaking some child labor laws.

This. He had a specialized skill that was required under foggy Christmas Eve's. It is not clear if he actually guides Santa's sleigh during normal conditions.

Besides, I'm sure the United Brotherhood of Reindeers did not file a grievance since it wasn't mentioned in the song.

Rudolph actually was fully qualified for the job and no other reindeer (of similar or greater ability) were passed over in favor of Rudolph....
