I don't believe so.. He seems like he will hold out until NSD, therefore it means his Jan. visits will be very important. Too bad he has already OVed to Rocky Top. If the interest is truly there he will come on an unofficial.

He was awesome when on campus....everyone was chanting Derrick Green by the Vol Walk

There is another Green...Ryan Green...FSU coaching staff is crumbling and w/ Gran movin' on I think he opens up/looks around. Had Tennessee in his "five" at one point. CJG is his recruiter.

Now that Auburn is switching things up and we are keeping Graham, don't you guys think it would now come down to UT and Michigan for this kid?

Looks like it. From the sound of things, Michigan turned up the heat on him because Luper was let go which kind of knocked Auburn back. We still have Coach Jay and our momentum and just need to get back in and see Green and we'll be in it for the long haul. IMO

apparently his family has some sort of say in where they want him to go, and they are said to be leaning toward Tennessee because of the closeness to Virginia. hopefully that will all work out for us.

We need a talented power back to come in since there will be a slight transition in the offensive system....together with the line that would make the transition easier IMO for a QB running BJ's offense to have a few talented runners to lean on.

Actually, a speed back like Kamara, Folston, or Ryan Green is a more typical fit for Jones' offense, but you make room for a player like DG, doesn't matter what offense you run.

So I heard he was supposed to be committing in November but I think that got pushed back because of the firing of Dooley and Chizik. So has anyone heard when he is going to announce? Is he possibly doing it at the Army All-American game? Would be sweet having the number 1 running back in the nation put on an orange hat on national TV

Understatement of the year. It would truly kick off the CBJ era and would garner tons of attention on NSD.
