'14 TN DB Todd Kelly Jr. (UT Signee 2/5/14)

Put them in the secondary together and it would not matter to me which one is better.:hi:

Nah we can get better CBs than Humphrey in the 2014 class. He's overrated being at Hoover. Saw him 3 times this year. The last game he was tested and didn't react well to action coming his way against equal talent. Also he plays a lot of zone coverage. Would be a bit skeptical of his man skills.

I do think he's a 4-star but not what they are making him out to be. :salute:

BTW TKjr. is the real deal and an impact player Day 1. True VFL!!!!

Wants to take officials to USC & Stanford. Wants to see the left coast. Not interested in being that far away from home though.

Dad continues to tell him that he'll support him wherever he chooses.

Knows the SEC is the best conference, but that's not a deciding factor.

Education, and playing time are important.

Important to choose a school, not a coaching staff.

Models his game after E Berry, Honey Badger, and Shawn Taylor.

Friends with Bryce Brown.

Wants to study premed in college. Ortho surgeon.

Imo....sounds like its between UT and Inbredabama.

This reads Vol to me.

And it's Sean Taylor(RIP) not Shawn Taylor.

:salute: good post

And my response was based on the fact that no one knows what's going to happen in the lives of 16-17 year olds over the next year to determine where they will attend college. But because this forum is based off that, of course his buddy committing increases those chances

Well shoot then, I'm gonna celebrate with a big ole piece of punkin pie! Welcome to K-town Todd Kelly Jr.!

He seems like the kind of recruit to commit to a team early and help with the rest of the class.

*this is based on no personal knowledge of the situation but just a hunch
