Been much more fun in here today than last Friday and the weekend. Dang thread XIII about killed me... I like where this one is headed.

So who we go after next ORNG? If not gru you like fedora?

If not Grude, let's wait and get Rex Ryan (no joke). He'll be out of a job. Or a Josh McDaniel or hell, what about Mike Sherman, he kind of got a raw deal at A&M.

ooohh....no.... R.C. m'friggin COLA Slocum!

The first definitive thing we hear will be from ESPN. I'm sure others might allude to it, but ESPN will be the one to break this one. That's a guarantee.

I'm picturing Rucker, Hyams and all my Alabama and Auburn fans that have been trolling me hard for the last 24 hours to 5 years

Someone posted in here some nights back that if Gruden is our next head coach, Jimmy Hyams should be forced to run around Neyland chased by a pack of wild dogs to keep his job.
Add Rucker and let's get some dogs.

I'm ALL IN. GRUDEN.

If Hargis is the man to break it, he will break it tomorrow when the time is right. Not in a morning newspaper article

For those who get the @TimesFreePress delivered, y'all should probably set the morning alarm for 10-15 minutes earlier than normal.

The only way I sleep right now is if I know for a fact I get a Grude awakening.

Yes, beer and being tired make me spit out bad puns.

Just have a few more and realize that bad puns are the key to an open spirit...:)

Grude is in the heart

Well if you believe any of what VR says (other thread), that could be true. I'm not sure I'm ready to make that leap of faith in his case.

I think it is possible but I also have a hard time believing that JG got from the airport all the way to Hart's office without anyone else seeing it.

Then again I would have to believe the Knox press would would be capable of finding that out, and I don't have that faith in them.

However, I have faith in the "!"

Don't think it will be Fedora. In my opinion it's always been three choices: Strong, Gundy, Gruden.

If all fails: Petrino or Fulmer.

I think Hart is about to give in to Gruden and his demands. Money wasn't the issue. Hart just had to give Gruden more control. I think he does that now.

I disagree . If he can get something done in time for the printing press, they will be the only print media reporting it. That makes the TFP the only paper to break the story. That would be huge for them and Hargis.

If Gruden isn't our guy (before anyone tirades I'm a Grudenite)..can we do this anyhow? These guys sux...

Maybe that'd be an added bonus to the Gruden hire, the man can call a game.
