What if the Boosters are getting to these coaches before UTAD does? Letting them know, yeah, you can come to UT, but you will have ZERO Booster support, making the job untenable (and therefore an instant turndown for Fedora, Gundy and Strong) and thereby forcing Hart to reexamine Gruden? ... This would fit with the UTAD Booster infighting, the coaching turndowns, the "timetable"...

OK, I know I am in the Gruden thread and it is for Gruden speculation. My question is,
All of you thinking Gruden is coming, How do you explain Hart offering Strong?
It makes no sense we would offer Strong a contract. It seems people here are suggesting that we knew Strong would decline. It just makes no sense.
