Allegedly he was in Oakland. Originally, the story was he was going to be the next Raiders coach, and now he was apparently talking to the Raiders GM Reggie McKenzie, a former Vol LB from the 80s.

The speculation is that Reggie McKenzie, former Vol, and GM of the Raiders, is on his way to Knoxville to help celebrate since he closed the deal, at least that's how I understood the original speculation, which is just that.
