You have to be realistic, the coaches at top programs on that list are not going to want to come here, and then you have coaches that move down and other coaches that move up due to recruiting ability, and some coaches that move up or down based off of the fact that due to the situation they walked into their record does not reflect what they have actually done, an many other factors. Hart has known he was likely going to have to hire a new head coach for a while now, and through back channels knows the reasonable coaches that are interested in the job at this point.

So according to you, Charlie Strong is the best coach interested?

Personally, yes. However, I do see how an argument could be made for any of the four that we have reportedly interviewed or will interview (Strong, Mora, Gundy, and Fedora). I do think without a doubt though that those are the four candidates that we had a chance with before this coaching search even began.

Look around. All of the colleges making hires, of any significance, are waiting on us and/or they are interviewing what we consider tier 2 candidates. Again, if Saban left today who would they hire?

You came into this thread with a vendetta, against Charlie Strong. As it appears, no one is going to change your mind, so why argue? Your opinion is your opinion, but there is no point in arguing about it if you refuse to see the arguments in favor of Strong.
