Yeah, I was a bit hyperbolic, and I agree with all your points. I don't think they're as good either. Unfortunately, I don't think there's much anybody else that's really good this year either. Notre Dame has a good defense, but their offense is suspect.

Being somewhat successful at Neb is not the same as the SEC. Would you not agree?

They were at the line at 15 seconds. A spike lets you clearly think through the next 3 plays... which they probably would not need all of. The catch was made at 6 seconds. Even if it fell short, they left themselves probably only one play. Just bad, bad call there.

I just popped over to the thread to see what's happening... no joke, this is the very first, and only post I saw...

It is still on with Gruden..It is amazing how Hubbs now has info on how interviews are going and where interviews are etc..such an open search..LOL Whoever set this elaborate play up deserves an Oscar. Nothing makes any sense in all that has gone on in the last couple of weeks..The only thing that makes sense is Jon Gruden is the next HC at the University of Tennessee. Hope it is soon....................
