I agree, I think he would fit in well here. He would need to make sure and bring a good DC. I think the fan base would come back together if he started posting quality wins.

Fedora's salary is only $1.7M...surely he'd come for $2.5M to $3M. Would leave a lot of $$$ for his assistants. I think he'd be much cheaper than Strong.

I think Peterman would do very well in Fedora's system. Also, Fedora will be able to recruit a QB to fit his style. This would likely seal the deal with Marquez North.

When was the last time a pass first team won an SEC or National title? You can win games with that type of offense, but you have to run the ball to win championships.

Fedora also has coaching experience in Texas, Colorado, Tennessee, Florida, Oklahoma, Mississippi, and North Carolina. His ties in those states that UT normally hits hard for recruiting could be a nice match.

Common misconception about Fedora's offense, he's pretty close to a 50/50 run/pass balance.

Does Hart gauge J Franklin's interest or would he not do that simply bc he's Vandy's coach? I know some would be opposed to him but I wouldn't. Guy can flat out coach, recruit, & motivate.

I think Hubbs comments are spot on to what we're hearing as far as Gruden not being the next coach. Its been all over the ad all night/morning. The names we're hearing the most are Strong, Fedora and Gundy. Not hearing Mora or Golden today, not yet anyway.

I hope your joking!!! If whats being said is true, about Hart not even contacting Gruden until this week, then that means Hart isn't keeping things close and not letting info out. It means he's been doing NOTHING for almkost 2 weeks so there was nothing to leak or talk about.
I hope your boss, Hart, is fired by this time tomorrow, he's a joke and he's turning our football program into one too. First by keeping Dooley a year too long and then after finally firing Dooley going after coaches that really aren't much better than he was.

I like 1 & 3. I don't believe Gundy will leave OS and I'm not big on Franklin. Fedora with a good DC might take us to the top. I'd also put Mora and Roman in the mix. But yeah, and I'll probably get flamed for this, Fulmer would be a decent fall back option and I was one of those wanting him fired.
