I don't think it's Hart/Stoops vs. Boosters/Gruden. I don't think Stoops is involved at all. There's a lot of bad information out there. Which suggests to me that there are very few people who have any idea what is happening. Everyone just needs to sit back and let it unfold.

I would like to know if the OG's have had any sources change their opinion. That would be telling. Absolutely no news would be one thing a change in the news would be different.

You're a new member so just get a new user name. I do say keep the cat though. The ones early on providing info have never been chest thumpers looking for e-cred. This started a long time ago and was a fun ride. Does anyone think there wasn't an effort by the money at UT to make this happen?

Everyone just needs to relax and see what happens. The same people that assured us that the MOU was already signed and we could all rest easy, and it was done, are the same ones that are saying it's Hart's fault. Certainly wouldn't put ANY stake in that. It could be true, but I think we'll find out eventually, I just say don't jump to any conclusions. For all we know, and it's probably most likely, Gruden turned the job down, just like 90% of the reputable media are reporting. We still can make a great hire, and get behind a great coach!

Just going to throw this out there.. While, you can't just say everything the Knoxville media says is false, I swear everytime this negative way comes it like follow the leader. Hyams starts it, Hubbs follows, and then some national guy will chime in. I'm not saying their right or wrong but if actually watch the flow that's what it looks like to me

I would take Hargis over Hubbs, Rucker, Hyams and the rest of the Knoxville media any day. Number 2 reason I want Gruden at this point? So the premium sites and Knoxville media will burn to the ground.

Call me crazy but until I hear an official word from one of the two I'm all in. I would not be disappointed with a select few other guys but the list is very few. Makes no sense for Gruden to say No because he could use the offer as leverage for another deal. Also Hart has to know the publics feelings about this and if he was going to hire someone else there would need to be separation to avoid mattress burning lol. Jmo nothing more.

At this point I have heard from a very prominent former member of the AD that was there for decades, a former player, a current players family, and one of the biggest booster-supporters there is (sits with the Haslams usually), that completely confirm what Hubbs reported and said the blame laid far more on Grudens end than with UT.

Believe anything you want, everybody be their own person. I have enough corroboration to draw my conclusion but that is up to each and every one of you to draw yours.

In. 100%. I just don't think it's over and almost positive we aren't getting the truth from the media. I don't believe the media is lying, I think they're being misled.

Trust No One (except the OG's ) :)
