Excuse me? Not listening to people like me? What the f*** are you talking about? I've been all for Gruden and never said that he wasn't going to be the coach, but I just wanted to know why some of you are so certain. Really hope you don't off yourself if it turns out that he won't be our coach.

Ive followed since Gruden I. Ive remained a silent believer. Tomorrow, by all accounts, should be the day to make or break us... so i feel the need to proclaim my belief.

Note my faith.

So for those of you still here at 145 what has to happen next? I'm assuming since the offer was made that means gruden got what he wanted and things are in place. Money for staff will be taken care of this is a money decision. So if gruden got what he wanted as did we what is the next step?

I have heard of grumors since October. I think they really started to gain volume after the 97 squad was up in Knoxville for the Bama game. A buddy of mine said then that Gruden was offered. From there, everything started.

A lot of stuff I've seen/read at Volnation has been happening too, plus. ie, Dooley fired (and the timing was around when said it would happen), then you have the media back and forth. Mostly, here the OGs have been consistent and haven't backed off their position.

Now you have the media reporting on it, same grumors that have been here for 2/3 weeks.

Also, I don't believe Hart is/was against this. Really think that is bs. He didn't even get a search committee, why? Like Dr. Jerry Punch said, I think he's got his guy.

This is all just milking the story so the media will run with it. imo, this thing breaks tomorrow and Gruden is our coach. Story runs all weekend.

I don't disagree, but everyone has seemingly convinced themselves that he's a lock to be on the sideline next year, and any other candidate will feel like a let down by comparison to many on here.

Oh i love myself to much to off myself. We stay the course, bear the bad weather and choose to live in a positive world. Not asking ourselves what if this doesnt happen or he doesnt come. Were mentally prepared to accept if he doesnt. The truth is we like to party like ****ing rock stars and being confident he will brings a better party than being a debbie downer.
