I don't know how I feel about Gundy. Obviously a solid coach with a high powered spread offense but how much will that work in the SEC?

I don't really know much about how well he can recruit.

If Gundy cant bring a defense he can keep his ass in cowtown. I think Hart has to realize its all about the D.

An OG is an Original Grudenite. The moniker the "insiders" in the Gruden thread gave themselves a while back. We'll see if they are truly insiders. Tomorrow will go a long ways towards that, although, to be fair, not all of them jumped in the boat tonight for a Friday presser.

Probably referencing the reported complications involving the fracture between the AD and academics, or even the issue of control regarding the relationship between Gruden and Hart.

On Rucker, I won't bother trying to defend him since it seems like you have a personal vendetta against the guy. However, he's not made any outlandish remarks during this coaching search. He hasn't claimed to be all-knowing; in fact, he's been fairly conservative. I truly believe him when he goes out of character in posting that Gruden to UT is practically flatlining.

Sorry, if I have a problem with a guy that makes every attempt to belittle people that are paying/interested in the brand he works for.

Sure, people attempt to get under his skin, but I feel he should ignore that as a professional. He just oozes "I'm a miserable person."

To be fair, none of them actually said it was happening. Just that they felt it would. They've actually backed off that tonight,

I'd actually like Gundy or Strong. But for the love of God, not Al Golden or Jones.

I don't know what I'd think of this. On one hand, I really like Gundy as a coach, but on the other I'm convinced we will not win in the SEC with a pass first offense. We need to run the ball and play defense.

The article said Gruden has an offer and countered wanting more money. Didn't hart say money wouldn't be an issue? He's coming folks. Hart is going to look like the hero for meeting Grudens demands. Beautiful.

This is crazy. So many different people in the media and "insiders" have an opinion on what the heck is going in yet only 1 person really knows. Dave Hart
