This is more along logical thinking lines. You don't let a name like Gruden get away based on a few hundred thousand.

I used to follow Griffith but he tweeted too much about stuff I didn't care about.

Same with Rucker. He tweets SO MUCH about soccer(English/European league) baseball (especially the Cubs). WHO CARES?! So quit getting his texts.

Wish if we got Strong that Bridgewater could come with him. I think I become a bigger Bridgewater fan every time I watch him.

Disagree...replace Barnes with Levenberry and this is a helluva LB class

I really like only 2-3 LBs in our class. And we need about six good ones. Zanca, Vereen, and the juco guy. Other than that I'm good. But we need some real impact guys. I expect Zanca to help, Vereen to redshirt, and the juco guy needs to be ready to compete as soon as he hits the campus.

I hate when people say stuff like this..and it's not just you so don't think I'm calling you out.

But if Rucker were to say he's learned Gruden to UT is a strong possibility or something like that, everybody would take it as gospel and run with it. Same way with Hubbs..the fact that their bringing bad news and news that we don't like to hear doesn't mean they're morons.

I wouldn't, personally.

They contradict themselves far too much, especially lately.

Rucker isn't an idiot. He's done a great job with coverage during the early stages of this coaching search. There are other people besides just Rucker that have reported that Gruden to UT is very unlikely.

People that get their info from the AD don't know anything about this coaching search, because the AD is on lockdown. Hart isn't telling them anything.

The OG's have been very accurate so far, and there hasn't been an outright denial by anyone of importance here.

I'm not saying we're getting Gruden, but I'm saying the AD connected guys aren't the ones to listen to, especially the miserable human being that is Wes Rucker.

I have no idea what an OG even is, sorry. Also, I don't think very many people at all know what they're talking about during this coaching search.

On Rucker, I won't bother trying to defend him since it seems like you have a personal vendetta against the guy. However, he's not made any outlandish remarks during this coaching search. He hasn't claimed to be all-knowing; in fact, he's been fairly conservative. I truly believe him when he goes out of character in posting that Gruden to UT is practically flatlining.

...and since we're counting, Rucker posted that he was hearing Gundy's name tossed around quite a bit today with regards to the UT job. Now, it's looking like Dave Hart is in Oklahoma.

I want to see some senior film on Goeas...his senior numbers were great and his junior film was good so I want to see for myself what that means...id put him up there with Zanca if his film shows what I think it will..

I think this current class is a average at best with maybe Campbell, Vereen and Zanca (all being EE's is huge) helping immediately but if Goeas has progressed and we can switch Barnes for Levenberry then this LB class is possibly excellent

I'm breaking my silence and am going to let you know some inside info that I have on the situation.

Jon Gruden is an analyst for ESPN. I have heard that Tennessee may be considering him for a coaching position, but I have yet to confirm. My source is strong though.

I'll post more info as I get it.

What's an OG?

My source has indicated that Hart and Gruden met up in Oklahoma for some BBQ. Gundy is not in the equation here. It was just a casual dinner between two "completely heterosexual homeboys", in his words. :good!:
