Official Jon Gruden Thread XIII

I want Gruden more than anyone else on "the list", but this drives me crazy:

- If Hyams/Hubbs/Rucker/Travis/Low/WKRP in Cincinnati all ran stories saying the chances of Gruden coming were high, everyone here supports those outlets and praises them. Everyone points to those stories as definitive PROOF that Gruden is coming.

- If Hyams/Hubbs/Rucker/Travis/Low/WKRP in Cincinnati all ran stories saying "Gruden is out, there is a 0% chance of him coming", everyone here discredits them and acts as if they always thought those sources were FOS.

Which is it, folks?

Hyams: nothing new. Face to face interviews this week. More in Knoxville next week. Announcement Dec 6-10 (opinion). Asked about chances of Gruden meeting with Hart this week: 0%. Says Gruden aint comin.

As Rome continues to burn, the modern Nero, Hart, continues fiddling... I guess he will stat looking for a new coah when he gets around to it--no big priority or anything.

I'm taking a hiatus from VN, until a new coach is named. Im done reading all the dumb rumors from both sides of the argument. None of you have "sources." Gruden 1%.

Those the same "sources" saying 4 days ago that no chance we'd even talk to Gruden?

Hey brother. Just let it ride...haters gon' hate...the only thing thats truthful about Hyams' show is the trollvalanche that happens after...

Sit back in this corner and share a drink with me man...we'll laugh...

Well, integrity is the whole reason I was against him coming, but when names like Butch Davis, Butch Jones, Al Golden, and Sonny Dykes start popping up, I'm totally willing to compromise. I agree that Hart's statement suggests it isn't Petrino, but who knows if he will hold to that statement.

Just dont see any chance those 4 happen either or Hart will be job searching himself soon.

Low is the only one I trust at this point... the rest were claiming all the Gruden talk was BS rumors, then miraculously report that a meeting was cancelled yesterday that they knew nothing about... you can't go from there's nothing to it, to its dead. Well, Rucker anyways.
