Mega deals go down like this everytime. When oil companies, communication systems, an airlines merge...these due diligence issues arise EVERYTIME. Never do mega dollar deals go without huge complexities or road blocks. If both parties want the same end result...it'll happen eventually.

These big deals are arm wrestling matches that banter back and forth. No one gets exactly what they want, but both parties can live with what they want. In the end, they are toasting saki and whiskey!!

That is how Alabama got Saban....He was not interested, declined several times, but they were on her, and she wasn't happy with Miami for their kids, soe they gave her tours of best local schools, etc catered to her....and the word is She TOLD saban he'd be taking the job..... of course this only works when there's a good relationship......could back fire...
