Owning being wrong is a lot easier under a celebratory atmosphere of getting Gruden rather than a divisive atmosphere of not having a hire yet/hiring some bum.

It isn't personal with Golden...he may be a great guy to have a beer with but 40-45 = LOSER. Just like Dooley's record at La Tech when we hired him (and when we fired him, for that matter).
