I look at the later date possibilities a little differently than most I guess. Unless we hear a "no" on Gruden between now and mid December, I think our chances are even better at landing him. Top tier college coaches aren't going to string their current school along and put them in a bind just for kicks. JMO

Friday is the line in the sand for me. That date was started by the OGs and like it or not their believability is based on that day.

No offense Bruin, but you have been a doubter / zero percenter from day one.

Just because it doesn't happen on Friday 11/30 does not invalidate any of the info that has been shared by the OGs.

It would only mean that plans change, schedules change, **** happens.

Personally I will continue to believe (I'm at 99.9% now) until Gruden publicly denies interest in the job or we start hearing info regarding the UTAD interviewing other candidates.

The timetable on the Tampa payments may be enough to move back the Gruden timeline. Why sacrifice one last paycheck when you can wait a few more days?
