I hope to God we do not hire Jimbo Fisher. Anyone who cannot coach FSU to a ACC championship every single year with their talent doesn't need to be facing the strong teams in the SEC. He will lose to Wake Forest or NC State on the road every year. Nothing special about the guy. I lived in Tallahassee for the last 13 years and watched him join the staff as the coach in waiting. He has made the calls for the past four years. I can tell you this. The people in Tallahassee would love to see him leave. Gruden or bust for me.

Here's my guess. Friday we get a release(just like kentucky today) stating gruden will be named officially next Tuesday. That allows gruden to continue his MNF duties and I also guess he will finish the year doing MNF.

Grude can finish the year as the sugar plum fairy in the Dayton ballet's performance of The Nutcracker for all I care, as long as an official statement comes out naming him the coach.
