depends on how much info is out there. Hart worked for Swofford who was also AD at UNC at one point. I'm sure he can get the entire story if Davis is on the list.

No. In fact he has a hearing Thursday morning where his name could be cleared with his involvement in the UNC case.

It all certainly makes sense. And it also makes sense that guys inside the AD don't know much, because not much is happening. Hart already has his guy and didn't have to interview current coaches.

Apparently, Hubbs said that Strong wants the job. I've said from the beginning that I think Strong is our next head coach. Just a hunch.

Best open job and Top 10 brand. I don't see it taking more than 2 season to get back to a 10+ win program. JMO Dooley did his job by bringing stability back to the program no matter what fans think. Sure DD could have won more games but he was a place holder for the next big name UT coach. I think Gruden, Patterson,Stoops and Butch Davis would be great and win big at UT....with it's fanbase, facilities,SEC backing and history UT should be in a New Years Day game every year...Hart has been successful at every stop and like Foley he understands how much a bad hire will set a program back.

Was hoping ND would lose last Saturday so we could have potentially seen Bama and UF in the national championship game. Bama will destroy ND...

UF and Bama, even though I can't stand either school, would have been a better game and I would have been rooting heavily against the Tide, and still will starting Saturday but do not see UGA beating them...
