I think some people are going to take it that way. I think people also take anything that he does to say TN that hes coming here. I think people are reading way more into things than should be. Just like the " He hasn't denied the job meaning hes coming" comments. We will know soon enough who is going to be the coach. Hopefully it will be him. Although I wouldn't put much stock into anything anyone here or anywhere else is saying. Until Gruden or Dave Hart make an announcement then I will believe it. Maybe he was just walking into the room getting his jelly donut and someone snapped a pic. I would guess that they generally have a meeting before the show and after the show on how things need to go and how things went.

That is more of belief than hope. I think he is a good coach that is well-thought of in the industry. I think he could be had cheaper and easier than a lot of others. He is an easy fall-back to Gruden. The hire would be underwhelming to say the least, but given a chance, I think he would probably do well. I would hope that he could recruit south Florida, at least.

There's been some rumblings that he would listen if offered. We could definitely do worse. Just not sure about recruiting, unlike Gruden, 17 yr old kids don't know the name Greg Roman very well.

I don't particularly know much about him either. I know he's been with harbaugh for a while and is with him now if I'm not mistaken. I just thought I would see what yaw had heard. Thanks for the reply.

I can understand the first sentence in this post.



Dooley was a coach that was well thought of, that really doesn't mean anything if you can't win, and low balling mid tier coaches will set us back even more.

Strong is no longer near the top of my list.
I still say Petrino to TN would be a major nightmare.

Greg Roman is the kind of guy we should have hired three years ago. Now, we can't afford to be taking chances.
