It will be fun when this is done if Gruden is here, to hear all of the information and timelines associated with this hiring.
This is either the most impressive silent PR move or the acknowledgement of true imbeciles running the campus.

Number 2 won't happen. If it is that scenario, it will be crickets this week and we will hear about it on Sunday or later.

I think the odds of an announcement of some type exponentially increase with each passing day this week. I cannot imagine any scenario where we do not know by the weekend, even if as someone said to announce an announcement on Monday if that makes sense.

Are you sure they were told that right after DD was fired?? I assumed it wasn't til later

Oh I will do that for sure. I have dropped in from time to time the last few days and lurked, even though I told my wife I would not. But hey its a addiction.

That's what I was told by a fairly solid source. How can they announce the HC will not return and not immediately contact recruits? Remember when the kid said CJG assured him he would be back?

You are right. My scenario is more in line with torturing fans for a couple more days.
