I believe that most want to win so bad they get so caught up that the first coach to win they say well lets just give to so and so. and dont look at the bigger picture they just see the win...

Not to here they don't. If he ever learned to learn to run a route right he would be deadly. Whoever drafts him this year better be getting him as a project. Not running the correct route in the league won't cut it. The pro QB won't "find him on the fly" like Bray did.

Nothing like catching up on the musing's of the Night's Watch.

I for one am in need of much needed sleep after 120 hours of travel, putting up with family, work, and keeping up with the Vol's coaching sweepstakes.

I agreee, I can see him spending a lot of time on KR and PR duties. I wish he would come back sadly we are probably going to need it.

We had the offense, we need the defense. I'm starting to really like Strong the more I think about it. My dad lived most of his life in Florida, and said Strong would be his pick if he followed the Vols. Doesn't mean much, but I respect his opinion. He is an FSU fan btw. Hope he is stuck with Fisher

He will have to. I swear to anything he is a project. Kendall wright never had a playbook at Baylor, but leads all rookie WR's in the NFL. He did however ran decent routes. It can be done, but not likely. He will not go in round one or 2. I hope he has great success eventually. Like you said he needs another year. Too bad it won't happen.

I dont know, if Al was still here he would be top 10 bank on it. Hard to find that kind of game changing ability. I bet someone takes a chance maybe late 1st early second. It would be someone the Panthers would jump on given their track record.

Not with Charlies Fla HS powerhouse connections..at least for defensive players. With a really good offensive staff, he would kill it at UT. He is not able to get those kids to UL, but that is not a fair assessment of his recruiting of defensive player abilities.

I never ever said that. We spend the most on recruiting for a reason. It's needed. However we can no longer rely on tradition anymore because of how bad we have been. Hire right UT is ok, hire wrong, and we may never be good again

Wow replace him with a dude that has zero OC experience in the NFL? I'm dumbfounded.

Munchak had zero Coordinator experience and got a HCing gig. Maybe that helped DL? Crap decision.
