I don't know if I could say majority but I could see where this may be true sometimes. I think the coaches really want to sell the school first and foremost. Do relationships get built? Sure.

But you can't deny that there is a large percentage of kids that go based on the school first.

Great recruiters understand this. I think Gruden would have such a high value for the university because of how much the university has changed his life.

When he had that huge argument of the sideline with Tom Brady, I thought "who is this guy arguing with the hall of famer"? Since he took the PSU job, he has all my respect!:salute:

In the 5 out of 37 schools we haven't pissed off and had the door slammed on us during the Dooley debacle maybe. F is a pretty bad grade, in 32 out of 37 schools. That article blew my mind, and I already knew Dooley was impossible to work with.

The thing that worries me most about all of this is how the supposed "announce date" keeps getting pushed back further and further. I don't believe the dates are coming from the insiders(maybe they are, I'm not sure), but everyday it's a new date. Yesterday, it was supposed to be today. Now I'm hearing the 30th. Someone's already pushing for the dead period time. It's like a dog chasing his tail round and round.

I want this to happen, but there is reason to have doubts. To bash people because they have doubts is just plain dumb.

My wife just told me she would rather me be talking to another girl beacuse that makes since than constantly being on this site all day and most of the night she says "I have a sickness"

I said well its kinda a big deal hunny and if you believe he will come.
