I am not saying there are not good coaches out there but if Hart fails/is unable to hire CJG the road by to relevance will be much longer and slower. Gruden offers UT the chance to be much better faster for four reasons:

1 his coaching ability
2 the staff he would bring
3 his ability to attract the best players available
4 his ability to energize the fan base.

There are very few coaches that bring all that to the table. IMO

Oh I agree. Love me some Gruden. I want it to be true but I am sensing that this may not happen.
