Have not lived in Memphis for years so unsure how credible the Rainman is on 560 but he just repported Gruden will be announced on the 30th for a 4 year deal. TIFWIW

he's pretty good and has no loyalty to the Vols. he is usually pretty even keeled and has been on the Gruden train for a while.

Was never a nega-Chucky, just didn't (and still to some extent don't) believe it would happen due to exactly what Dr. Punch was talking about, leaks. There may be no leaks because CJG may have had a contract in front of him before the season started. I still don't know, still would rather have Stoops, but will probably shed a (no homo) tear if it comes true.

Jerry Punch is VERY VERY connected in Knoxville and at UT.

Dr. Jerry Punch works for ESPN. Mostly Nascar but some football. Also supposed to be a close friend of Jon Gruden.
