why would fisher leave. he's turning state around. Getting what he wants. If the best they can do is Golden, Mullen or some other retread just hire Fulmer back.

Aside from every possible piece of evidence, rumor, & speculation the one thing people need to remember is that IF Peyton is truly involved and wanted this it probably would happen. I believe it truly will- that alone removes any and all doubt for me.

I can't understand why we keep getting lectured on how great Golden is. He has a losing record in a conference that our team could have probably won in this year, and he brings in a crowd of about 50.

I'm only saying Fisher over Golden if it came down to those two in a scenario. At least Fisher has SEC ties and knows the conference very well.
