I dont think Clemson OC to UT OC is a lateral career move, especially if Gruden is the HC. But I see you're point, we aren't going to buy him out.

It's been 7 days since Dooley was fired and people are freaking out because it hasn't been announced yet. We had a game yesterday so no announcement was coming before then.

Just have some patience. This will be resolved soon.

I'll just put it this way. If Gruden or Dave Hart isn't ready to go public...for whatever reason...what would they be feeding people? I can't speak for babyavi.

I've heard it is done from credible people (recently)...I've heard it isn't done from credible people (recently). I think it is done.

This is why I want Gruden:

1) I have always loved his persona and the thought of him leading the Big Orange just excites me to no end!

2) I feel his approach to coaching will be extremely successful in the SEC.

3) He brings an element of intimidation that I believe has an effect on the opposing sideline.

4) The biggest reason, which is what puts him above the other candidates (except Fulmer), is that he loves THE UNIVERSITY OF TENNESSEE!!!

That is my reasoning behind him so much more so then the other points. When was the last time we had a HC that loved UT? We won a NC.

I don't mind the black halloween uni's,but to change
every freaking game is absurd...
