I did think that CPF has lost his fire and it was time for a change. In hindsight, the UTAD completely f'd that whole thing up. Personally, I would have liked to seen Phil replace Hamilton as AD.

All being said, Gruden has to be the hire. And it needed to happen yesterday!

First name was Mike Harmoning and I am not spelling his last name right I don't think. that was the HC when I was there Albright also was football asst coach Coach Albright passed away early this year. Gene Wright was Principle when I was there

I'm not bandwagoning or gangin up, however, if I could at the very least, help alleviate some of bcarter's pressure...specifically when addressing the school and family theories.

I'm certainly not at liberty to expose his identity or situation, but he is defending the school theories and rumors because he has legitimate knowledge that is more than adequate (waaaay more) to either confirm or expel any rumors flying around in that arena.

The people that are resisting his confirmation are either pessimists or truly believe what they heard rather than offering any equity in what bcarter's is tryin to tell you.

He is fully engaged in that department and knows EXACTLY what is going on. So if you heard something about Gruden's family visiting a particular school and he discredits your source or your theory, he's not trying to fight you, he's tryin to share accurate information so some of these rumors can be dissolved because its not fair to you or the family's involved to have inaccurate information circulating. Believe me...he is NOT going to engage in a debatable conversation unless he is connected to the situation.

He doesn't work at Dairy Queen...trust me.

I've been here since the original Gruden thread and have seen the ups and downs..And believe me ,there have been plenty.

The original OG's have been very gracious with their info and was kind enough to share when they didn't have to..Believe or not..It's no skin off of their backs..That being said, I can vouch for these guys b/c I'm confident that Gruden is coming until I hear otherwise.

It would have been a lot easier to exit the Fulmer era if the idiot Hamilton hadn't been chomping at the bit to give him a stupid extension shortly before his exit........

Plain and simple, but Hamilton single handedly wrecked this program for the better part of the last half decade or longer.

Honestly I was secretly hoping for sooners to lose. That way his buy out night me cheaper if OU was looking to get rid of him.

Save UT some money if they are indeed looking at him
