Just checking with you guys, what do yall think about Mike Strange beat writer. Had a drink in Nashville with him, seems like a nice guy. He didn't say much but what is the over all opinion on him.

Don't know him personally, but seems like a really nice guy. Seems to carry himself with integrity and respect for others.

I know hindsight is 20/20 and I CPF is a sore area for some of you but with that said:

How many of you would have preferred we kept him and kept stride until a suitable replacement was found as opposed to the junk kiffin and Dooley have put us all through?

He had some down years but not like this. And I am not saying he wouldn't have but damn. These last 4 years have been terrible.

I'm not beating you up. I thought it was wrong for them to get rid of Fulmer just because he had a crap season. I felt like they should have let him retire, and I believe we would have been much better off then we are now.

I don't pay attention to their drooling. I also couldn't care less about ND but like I said, bammer, UF and UGA are our biggest rivals and I hate them all and will never pull for any of them!!

Honestly, I am shocked at the names being mentioned. The fact Hyams would actually say out loud to watch out for Fulmer shows me that they are utterly clueless.

Has he completely forgotten we had to pay to get rid of CPF? Now he thinks we will pay to bring him back to coach? Makes no sense at all.

I did think that CPF has lost his fire and it was time for a change. In hindsight, the UTAD completely f'd that whole thing up. Personally, I would have liked to seen Phil replace Hamilton as AD.

All being said, Gruden has to be the hire. And it needed to happen yesterday!
